All children under 18 years are charged a full price of person when placed on an individual, existing bed!

All children or adults are charged GEL 15 per person per night for extra beds!

  • "Family room with shared bathroom" - a fold-able sofa may be used as an extra bed by 1 child or adult!
  • "twin with shared bathroom" - Impossible to add extra bed
  • "triple with bathroom" - Impossible to add extra bed
  • "triple with shared bathroom" - Impossible to add extra bed


The cost of all children placed on an individual, existing beds should be paid on the website (when booking).
Extra beds cost is not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Prices don't include meals. Three meals a day service is available

Pets are allowed.

Policies and terms

  • A 15% deposit is required. The remaining amount is paid on site.
  • If cancelled 4 or more days before check-in, the deposit is refunded. Later cancellations are non-refundable.
