My Warm Guesthouse is located in the center of Batumi, just 200 meters away from the Black Sea coast. The hotel is located in a residential block, with an old-styled shared entrance. The rooms are on the third, fourth and fifth floors. There is no elevator! Rooms are in an ideal condition, many of them have view of the sea, and the environment is warm and cozy. The prices are affordable.

Главный плюс – это расположение. По утрам просыпались под шум волн, чудесный вид с балкона радовал глаза. Хозяин очень веселый, угощал нас пивом, здорово провели время
