The TiflisLux Boutique is 19th century buildings with interior renovated with charming design, best views in Tbilisi, in the area with lots of touristic attractions and night-life spots. All rooms are well-lit and have high ceiling (4 meters).
Our Guest House combines a warm and friendly atmosphere. We look forward to making your stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable.

Please notice, that our guesthouse has two entrances: the first one is from Griboedovi Str. 4th floor and the second one from the back side of the house, using the stairs just 2nd floor. (Left hand from the main entrance from Griboedovi str. there is a small street, where you can find our signs telling you the right way and just follow them). We recommend you to use the back side entrance, because it is easier and it is all the time open.

1) If You are coming by bus/Metro/foot than at Rustaveli av. #50 (there is a shop Ermenegildo Zegna, 150 meter from Metro Station Rustaveli) you need to go to the right.
2) You Will See 3 Floor Building Café Gallery, Our Guest house is exactly behind the Café Gallery. Griboedovi street #30 at the building you will see signboard “TiFlisLux boutique”
If You Are Coming By Car
In Front of Opera house (Rustaveli avenue) there is a Street Aleksandre Chavchavadze You Need To Go Up To That Street and Than You need to take first road on the right side. That`s a Griboedovi Street where our Guest House is located.
