These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online reservation/purchasing service provided on these pages and through the website (the "service") are owned, operated and provided by Hotel24.ge ("Hotel24.ge", "us", "we" or "our") and are provided for your personal use and are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Scope of our Service
Through the website we (Hotel24.ge and its affiliate (distribution) partners) provide an online platform through which all types of companies (for example, hotels, motels, hostels and guest houses, tour operators, car rental companies, etc. collectively the "service(s) provider"), and advertise their resources/services for reservation/purchasing, and through which visitors to the website can make such reservations/purchasing. By making a reservation through hotel24.ge, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the service provider at which you book/purchase. We act solely as an intermediary between you and the service provider, transmitting the details of your reservation/purchasing to the relevant service provider and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the service provider.
When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by service providers. Service providers are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is displayed on our website. The service providers are given access to the system through which they make changes and update all kinds of information by themselves or with our assistance. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each service provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) displayed on our website. Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification or rating of any service made available.

2. Prices
The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the Hotel24.ge website are given in Georgian National Currency - GEL (Georgian Lari) and are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes).
Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our website for a specific reservation/purchasing, however, these rates made by service providers may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect to cancellation and refund. Please check the resources/services and tariff details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation/purchase.
The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real time; actual rates may vary.
Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not binding.

4. Free of charge
Our service is free of charge because, unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our service or add any additional (reservation/purchasing) fees to the resource rate.
5. Credit card or bank transfer
Service providers offer the opportunity for reservations/purchasing to be paid (wholly or partly and as required under the payment policy of the service providers) instantly during the reservation/purchasing process by means of secure online payment (all to the extent offered and supported by your bank). Payment is safely processed from your credit/debit card or bank account through a third party payment processor. Also by cash payments using express pay boxes.
Please pay attention, that cancellation policy of reservation/purchasing is individual for each service provider. Please check the company/service details (Policies & Disclaimers) thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation/purchasing.
6. Cancellation
By making a reservation/purchasing with a service provider, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that service provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the service provider that may apply to your reservation/purchasing or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the service provider. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each service provider is made available on our website on the service provider information pages and in the confirmation email.
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please contact us using our Contact form. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the service provider's cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy or not be entitled to any repayment of any (pre)paid amount. We recommend that you read the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy of the service provider carefully prior to making your reservation/purchasing.
In case the cancellation of reservation/purchase happens from our side, due to false, incomplete or out of date information about resources and/or availability, then we will refund 100% of the deposit paid by you. Refund takes maximum 3 working days after booking cancellation, in case the paiment was made with a credit card, using bank processing interface.
7. Further correspondence
By completing a booking/purchasing, you agree to receive an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your destination and order details. We may also provide you with certain information and offers (including third party offers to the extent that you have actively opted in for this information) relevant to your reservation/purchasing and destination, and an email which we may send to you promptly after your stay inviting you to complete our guest review form. We may send you advertising/informational email which can be unsubscribed any time you wish.
8. Ranking, guest reviews and comments
On our website it’s used ranking and guest reviews systems to evaluate service providers, which can only be used by customers who have already received services in the service provider. Also any customer can leave a comment for enquiries, getting information or evaluating the services of service providers.
The completed guest review may be uploaded onto the relevant service provider's information page on our website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of the service provider, and (wholly or partly) used and placed by Hotel24.ge at its sole discretion (e.g. for marketing, promotion or improvement of our service) on our website or such social media platforms, newsletters, special promotions, apps or other channels owned, hosted, used or controlled by Hotel24.ge and our business partners. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion. The guest review form should be regarded as a survey and does not include any (further commercial) offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever.
9. Intellectual property rights
Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available at or used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our website are owned by Hotel24.ge, its suppliers or providers.
Hotel24.ge exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to (all intellectual property rights of) (the look and feel (including infrastructure) of) the website on which the service is made available (including the guest reviews and translated content) and you are not entitled to copy, scrape, (hyper-/deep)link to, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content (including any translations thereof and the guest reviews) or our brand without our express written permission.
Any unlawful use or any of the aforementioned actions or behaviour will constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property rights (including copyright and database right).
